Fees
Here are my current self-pay rates. Counseling can also be billed to accepted insurance plans; insurance rates and your copay vary by plan.
- Counseling: $130 per hour for self-pay.
- Hypnotherapy: $160 per session.
- Holy Fire Reiki: $110 per 75-minute session.
- Holotropic Breathwork: $110 per 90-minute session.
- Spiritual Coaching: Pricing is arranged through a payment plan. Contact me to discuss the plan.
- Sports program: $150 per session.
Insurance
I accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Optum, Aetna, and Cigna for counseling.
Only counseling services are billable through insurance. Hypnotherapy, Reiki, breathwork, coaching, and the Sports program are self-pay services.
Insurance clients pay their applicable copay at the time of service. Benefits and costs vary by plan. Please confirm your counseling coverage, copay, any deductible, and authorization requirements with your insurer before your first appointment.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
I accept Anthem, Optum, CuraLinc, and AllOne EAP benefits for counseling. Contact your EAP to confirm eligibility, authorization, and the number of covered sessions.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA payments, cash, checks, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal. If you use an HSA, check your account's eligibility rules for the service you choose.
Cancellation policy
Please cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment are charged the full cost of the session.
Office and appointments
My office is at 1311 W. 96th Street, Suite 245, Indianapolis, IN 46260. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–7 p.m. There is an elevator to the second floor and a waiting area outside the office.
