Couple’s Hypnotherapy with Zach Crooks
You and your partner will work directly with me, Zach Crooks, LMHC. I am an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist trained through The Wellness Institute, and I bring a holistic perspective to recurring relationship patterns, emotional disconnection, and unresolved hurts.
Beginning together
I start by listening to each partner’s concerns and goals. We discuss whether this approach is appropriate, how joint and individual sessions fit the program, and the boundaries of the work before beginning.
How I guide the process
I may use guided relaxation, imagery, inner child work, and reflection to help you explore the reactions and experiences affecting your relationship. I explain exercises and invite questions and feedback. Spiritual or energy practices are optional and discussed collaboratively.
In joint work, I help make space for each person to speak and reflect. In individual work, I focus on that partner’s patterns and goals within the agreed structure. We also consider practical ways to bring insights into communication and daily life.
Your choice and pace
You do not need prior experience with hypnosis. You can raise concerns, decline an exercise, or ask about other approaches. The six-session outline below describes the program; we’ll discuss fit and next steps before you decide to participate.
Request a free 15-minute phone consultation to ask about the program, availability, and fees.
Fees and coverage
Hypnotherapy is a self-pay service. Only counseling services are billable through insurance. Contact me to discuss the session format and cost before beginning the couples program.
