Online Counseling
Online counseling with Zach Crooks, LMHC
Online sessions give you the opportunity to work directly with me from a private space in Indiana. You receive the same personal attention and collaborative approach that I bring to my Indianapolis office.
I am an Indiana licensed mental health counselor and Certified Gestalt Therapist. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and relationship difficulties.
How we meet
I use SimplePractice for scheduled video appointments. Before your first session, I’ll explain how to join and what you need. A private space, reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone help us meet comfortably.
You must be physically located in Indiana for counseling with me unless we have confirmed that another location is permitted. Let me know before traveling or relocating so we can discuss your options.
What to expect
We’ll begin with your concerns and goals, then choose an approach together. Sessions may include conversation, mindfulness, reflection, or agreed experiential exercises. You can ask questions, decline an exercise, and tell me what is or isn’t helping.
Online counseling is scheduled care. Contact me to discuss whether video or phone sessions fit your needs and whether online care is suitable for your situation.
